Main uses of Standard Handsets are replacement handsets for end users and refurbishers or new handsets for original equipment manufacturers (OEM). All handsets are hearing aid compatible.
An Amplified Handset can increase volume levels up to 18db which makes reception 8 times louder.
These PTT & PTM options improve reception by eliminating side-tone noise that comes through the transmitter or by allowing private "aside" conversations. The PTS option is a six wire handset that is used to initiate radio or paging transmissions.

A 10B Amplifier can increase volume levels up to 18db which makes reception 8 times louder. The "Slide" volume control allows variable reception level settings. Levels remain fixed until the slide is readjusted.
